Reminder: ACD Certificate Requirement for Yemen Cargo
Please note that the Counter Terrorism Service — Yemen (CTSYE) has mandated that all containerized shipments destined for Yemen ports must be accompanied by an Advance Cargo Declaration (ACD) certificate. This requirement took effect as of 1 February 2025.
Containers without a valid ACD will be subjected to detailed investigations and clearance delays at the port.
We recommend verifying your shipments to ensure all necessary documentation is in place.
