ACD Certificate Mandatory for Yemen

Please be informed of a recent announcement concerning the ACD certificate requirement for shipments to Yemen.

Effective February 1, 2025, all containerized shipments must have an ACD certificate issued at the port of loading. Additionally, the ACD number must be clearly stated on the Bill of Lading.

It is the responsibility of the shipper, exporter, or freight forwarder to secure this certificate in order to comply with the new regulation.
