Procedures of Mali BSC
The following documents are required;
- Bill of Lading (Scanned Copy)
- Commercial Invoice (Scanned Copy)
- Freight Invoice (If the Commercial Invoice doesn't mention the Freight Value)
Since there is a Mali internal destination, there may also be a Bordereau de Suivi de Cargaison requirement in the port of destination. Senegal BSC is not required for shipments over Senegal. Guinea BSC is required for shipments via Guinea. Ivory BSC is not required for shipments via Abidjan.
Since Mali is a landlocked country, all sea transport must be made from neighboring countries such as Senegal, Guinea, Ivory Coast.
If your cargo is transshipped from Senegal or Ivory Coast, you won't need another certificate for them. But if it is transshipped from Guinea, you might need a Guinea BSC certificate too. You can contact our experts from here about this question.

If the documents are provided fully from your side, the process can be completed within 24 hours. Therefore, please provide the correct documents.
